What is a Continuity Program?

Continuity Programs are a payment model in which the customers are billed every month until they ask to cancel. This is also known as Recurring Billing. Membership sites are one form of a continuity program.

Affiliate marketing is great in the sense that you dont need to develop your own product. You only need to promote your affiliate website/product to make a few sales. Promoting a continuity affiliate program is the best of both worlds.

Lets look at an example of promoting a stand alone affiliate product. Suppose you choose a product that sells for $50. You are paid 50% commission for each sale. So for every sale, you get paid $25.

Suppose you make only one sale per day. You will make (25) (30) = $750 per month. If you make two sales, you make (2) (25) (30) =$1500 per month.

Lets say you want to make $6000 every month. To make this much money, you will need to make (6000)/ (30) (25) = 8 sales daily. Can you make 8 sales daily? It’s not as easy as it sounds and could potentially cost quite a bit in online advertising.

The better model is to promote an affiliate product attached to a continuity program.  There are many good membership programs in different niches that you can choose to promote. So lets do our calculations again.

Suppose you choose a membership site to promote that sells for $50 per month. You get 50% recurring commission every month.

If you make only 10 sales every month, you are making $250 first month, $500 second month, $750 third month, $1000 fourth month and so on.

Use continuity in making money online. You will get a residual income for a long time. A sale that you made a few months back will continue counting for you month after month after month. Continuity is the best way to build consistent income and wealth online.
